We showed up at around 11 am on a Wednesday. There was no wait and we luckily found parking right in front. I loved the decorations and that you could see the lady making the masa. I ordered the chilaquiles with salsa verde and cecina. I wish the sauce would be spicier and slightly thicker. However, I could taste they were fresh and that is what was the most important. They only had one waitress working, but she was working hard and I did not feel neglected.

We came to Chicago for a concert and found this place on TikTok. One thing I will admit is they are busy but what restaurant isn't. We waited about 25 minutes but keep in mind we were also a party of 10 and didn't reserve. (We are from Kentucky) for starters our drink orders were taken quickly and after that our food. Everything came out according to our order and was exceptionally good ! The chocomiles en bolsa were so good. We tried strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. The panbazos were exceptional ! The chilaquiles were also spicy and good. We obviously had to try the big concha which was also very good. Overall my experience with my family was a 10 Most definitely recommend

I had a very good experience here. Service was a bit chaotic since they have a few waitresses and it's the weekend, but at the end of the day we got served and the food was great! We got a quesadilla, chilaquiles verdes with asada, and 2 aguas. The tortillas are made by hand and you can taste it. The chilaquiles verdes: wow! The salsa was sooo flavorful and spicy (do not recommend if you're sensitive to spice). The only complaint is the piece of meat was kind of fatty and not appetizing, but it had decent flavor. I'd definitely come again even if it's a bit of a wait.
